Rooms at the JUFA are guaranteed to be ready on Wednesday at 16:00 for your use (the JUFA staff will try to have the rooms ready earlier, if possible) and keys should be returned on Friday by 10:00. The room rates include full board as well as use of various amenities at the JUFA such as sauna, gym, other sports facilities, etc. Please refer to their website for detailed information on services and facilities or ask at the reception, where also some sports equipment is available for guests.
Meal times are: Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30, Lunch: 12:00 – 13:30, Dinner: 18:00 – 19:30.
Free WLAN is available throughout the JUFA.
Please be prepared to pay the room directly to the JUFA. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (contact us about details) or on site. If you intend to pay on site, please do so on Wednesday afternoon/evening. If you have any special requirements regarding billing (format, address, etc.), please let us know. Please be aware as well that drinks at lunch- and dinner time are usually not included in full-board room rates and should be paid extra.
Free parking for cars is available directly at the JUFA for guests.

Cost
We have reserved a number of rooms for double or single occupancy. The price for 2 nights in a double room including full board is € 104,- per person. The analog for a single room costs € 125,-.
Due to generous sponsorship from the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Junior Researchers’ Promotion of the University of Graz, there is no registration fee beyond accommodation cost. In addition, we can offer support for accommodation cost for a limited number of registered participants. If you would like to apply for accommodation support and are not registered yet, please register at your earliest convenience and indicate the application for support in the textbox supplied for notes. If you would like to apply for accommodation support an are already registered, please email the OC with a short note.
Social Event
There will be a social dinner at a local Buschenschank on Thursday evening at 19:00, namely at Weingut Heuriger Gramm, Rupertistraße 17, A-8431 Gralla, which is a little more than 5 km away from the JUFA. While it is possible to walk there, transfer there and back would be most conveniently arranged among participants by car. We have pre-ordered “Steirische Brettljause”, a selection of local products, which will be covered from the workshop budget. Drinks and/or additional items have to be ordered and paid separately by the participants.
Travel Information
Arrival by car: From A2 motorway, take exit 214 Leibnitz.
Arrival by train: Exit the train at Leibnitz train station, which is located about 1.5 km from the JUFA.
Arrival by plane: The nearest international airport is Graz international airport (GRZ). From there, local trains (S5) are available to reach Leibnitz.
